Built on a Lifetime of Backstage Perspective
My work in strategy and entertainment didn’t start in a meeting room — it started backstage.
My dad was a roadie for Meat Loaf, so I grew up around speakers humming, cables running, and artists transforming chaos into something unforgettable. I played the drums before I learned algebra. I worked stage crew before I ever stepped into a corporate space. That world taught me how to support talent, how to understand creative energy, and how to build something bigger than yourself.
Today, instead of setting stages, I structure careers. Instead of rolling cables, I roll out long-term strategy for creators and professionals alike.
